Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy for container candles and soy wax tablets only, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase along with a picture of the damaged item as recieved by you after opening.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the nature of handmade soaps, we regret to inform you that all sales are final and no exchanges or returns will be accepted. This policy ensures the integrity and quality of our products, as we cannot guarantee their condition once they have left our care.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
